As an existing resident, renting a property managed by Out Fast Property Management we may offer a one-time rent credit to you, for the referral of another person who applies, passes our application and screening process, signs a lease and moves into a property managed by Out Fast Property Management.

After the referral moves in, the incentive will be made within a 30-day period.

HOW IT WORKS - It's So Easy!

You send your referral to us.

They tour and apply on a vacant rental.

They are approved, sign a lease and move into that property.

You receive a one-time rent credit.
